10,000 hectares of seed potatoes have been switched to industry.
Most of these hectares are now dedicated to growing potatoes for processing. In some cases, even fresh market hectares have also been redirected to these markets.
The area under seed potatoes decreased by about 2,500 ha in both the Netherlands and France. There is also a decrease in Germany, Belgium, Denmark and
Denmark.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
