The Belarusian Ministry of Agriculture and Food has announced the completion of the 2025 potato harvest. According to ministry data, large agricultural enterprises produced 675,000 tons of potatoes, exceeding the 2024 target by 125,000 tons. The ministry reported that yields were higher than expected.
