Potato prices in Albania have decreased, with high-quality potatoes currently being sold at 60 lek per kilogram (US$0.63), compared to over 100 lek (US$1.05) at the same time last year. Data from INSTAT indicates that the average price in February 2026 was 77.9 lek per kg (US$0.82), which is a 22 percent decrease.
