In the Netherlands, Polder Potato's Anton Riezbos has managed to get his hands on the first cold-soil Frieslanders. The early potatoes come from the De Jong company.
"These were planted early and cultivated under plastic. Planting was impossible for a while," says Anton.
"So there's little chance of a good link this season. These potatoes are available per crate.
