Market Analysis of Potato Prices in Poland as of May 6, 2025

• On the Warsaw (Bronisze) wholesale market, the price of domestic potatoes ranged from 0.25 EUR to 0.49 EUR per kg as of May 6, 2025, showing no change from previous data.
  Imported potatoes on the same market were priced between 0.38 EUR and 0.73 EUR per kg, also with no change.
  The IRGA variety of potatoes was priced from 0.42 EUR to 0.49 EUR per kg, remaining stable.
  Early IRGA potatoes saw a significant increase of 610.5%, priced between 2.51 EUR and 3.14 EUR per kg.
  General early potatoes also experienced a rise of 616.4%, with prices ranging from 2.09 EUR to 2.93 EUR per kg.
  Imported early potatoes maintained their price range from 0.50 EUR to 0.94 EUR per kg, unchanged.
  Potatoes of the iris variety were priced between 0.39 EUR and 0.49 EUR per kg, without any price movement.
  
• On the Poznan (WGRO) market, as of May 5, 2025, the price for a 15 kg bag of potatoes was between 2.51 EUR and 3.77 EUR, translating to approximately 0.17 EUR to 0.25 EUR per kg, with no change in price.
  Early potatoes were sold in 20 kg bags, priced from 14.24 EUR to 15.71 EUR, equivalent to 0.71 EUR to 0.79 EUR per kg, reflecting a decrease of 7.7%.
  
• In Kalisz (Gielda Kaliska), on May 6, 2025, imported potatoes were priced from 0.59 EUR to 0.67 EUR per kg, showing a decrease of 4.8%.
  Domestic potatoes were sold in 15 kg bags, priced between 3.77 EUR and 6.28 EUR, which is approximately 0.25 EUR to 0.42 EUR per kg, marking a 9.1% increase.
  Early domestic potatoes were priced from 2.09 EUR to 2.51 EUR per kg, experiencing a significant decrease of 21.4%.
