New scenario for the Plant Health sector
The European Parliament has just rejected by a large majority the new Regulation on the Sustainable Use of Plant Protection Products, one of the cornerstones of the Farm to Fork Strategy, presented by the European Commission in June 2020.
Following its ordinary legislative course, this Regulation was presented in the European Parliament plenary last Tuesday, after which
the European Parliament adopted a new Regulation on the Sustainable Use of Plant Protection Products (PPPs).
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
