Integration of Agrícola San Clemente and Gandules will create largest vertically integrated producer in Latin America
Gandules Inc, the largest Peruvian capsicum (pepper) exporting company in the country, announced the signing of a binding agreement with the Chilean agricultural company San Clemente Ltda and its agro-industrial subsidiary San Clemente Foods SA, in a two-stage process in which the Chilean company will acquire a significant percentage of Gandules' shares.
