Perfect fruit to the end with Matga, the new Sakata california
Sakata has presented a new red california pepper for medium-late cycle in Balerma. This is Matga, a variety that covers transplants from the 20th to the 30th July and which stands out for its uniformity throughout the cycle. This is why Juan Antonio Barranco, Sakata's product promoter, described the fruit as "looking as if they were made from a
skin".
