This year's Innovation Award winner is a pepper from Rijk Zwaan in the Netherlands marketed under the brand name Tatayoyo. The pepper has a distinctive and strong flavour that originates from wild peppers. With its medium sized pod between a pepper and a hot pepper, it is ideal for eating on a short break.
