The Umberto Veronesi Foundation's Tomato for Research returns
On Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April, the Umberto Veronesi Foundation returns to Italy's main squares with the sixth edition of Tomatoes for Research. Good for you, good for the environment. The proceeds of the fundraiser will finance cures for acute myeloid leukaemia, a rare blood cancer that results, in Italy, in around 70 new diagnoses a year in the 0-18 age group.
