Tomato prices are still on the rise.

The prices of tomatoes increased significantly during week 12 at the auctions of the Federation of Belgian Horticultural Cooperatives (VBT). Despite higher volumes compared to the same period last year, prices are still much higher than they were a year ago. Loose tomatoes were selling for over €3.00 per kilogram.
