Syd St. John has been farming intermittently since the age of 16. They began in 2018 by growing microgreens and tomatoes in a greenhouse at an urban farm in Detroit, and continued farming after relocating to Franklin County in 2020. Upon moving, they worked at Red Fire Farm.
