Vegetable bouquets for Valentine's Day

Last Valentine's Day, Cagayan Valley, Philippines, joined a new trend: bouquets made from freshly harvested vegetables to support local farmers. Dr Rose Mary G. Aquino of the Department of Agriculture highlighted this initiative as a means to dispose of surplus crops and avoid wasting fresh produce.
