Vestial 2023 takes off on Sunday with thirty Michelin Stars and Repsol Suns.
With 'V' for Green, Vegetable and Life. Next Sunday 29th October sees the start of Vestial 2023, the 1st Almeria Green Gastronomy Congress at the Palacio de Congresos Cabo de Gata Ciudad de Almería, in El Toyo.
This Monday saw the official presentation of the event, which has been created through the 'Gusto del Sur' brand of the Andalusian Regional Government and has the support of the Andalusian Government.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
