Winter vegetables fall by 6% in Camp d'Elx due to the lack of water and the increase in costs, although quality remains the same.
Despite the atypical high temperatures and the lack of rain, the Elche countryside is expecting a production of 18,500,000 kilos of excellent quality winter vegetables, with a drop of only 6% compared to the previous season (21,500,000 kg).
