The initial shipment of tomatoes from Turkmenistan has reached Russia by sea through the North-South International Transport Corridor (ITC) and arrived at the Olya checkpoint in Astrakhan. This information was reported by official media sources in Astrakhan. The tomatoes were transported via a ferry trip from the port of Turkmenbashi, which involved 40 trucks.
